These terms apply to northporchmedia.com and its subpages (the “Site”), operated by NRH Consulting AB, Swedish org. nr 559371-8876 (“North Porch Media”, “we”). By using the Site you accept these terms.
1. AI characters
The characters on this Site and on our social channels are fictional and created with AI tools. See our AI disclosure.
2. Not medical advice
All content is general information for entertainment and educational purposes. It is not medical, physiotherapy or fitness advice and is not tailored to you. Our characters are not doctors, physiotherapists or trainers. Talk to a qualified health professional before starting any exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, recent surgery or balance problems. Stop immediately if anything hurts or you feel dizzy. You exercise at your own risk.
3. Free downloads and email
If you sign up for a free download, we will email you as described in our privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time. Free downloads are for your personal, non-commercial use.
4. Paid products
Paid digital products are sold and delivered by Payhip, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, VAT and receipts. Payhip’s terms apply to the purchase. Products are licensed for your personal use; please don’t resell or redistribute them. If there is a problem with your purchase, email hello@northporchmedia.com and we will make it right. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Some links are affiliate links. See our affiliate disclosure. Purchases from third-party retailers are governed by those retailers’ terms; we are not responsible for third-party products, sites or services.
6. Intellectual property
The Site’s text, images, video, characters, names and downloads belong to North Porch Media unless stated otherwise. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. Please don’t copy or republish our content or characters without permission.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Site: no automated scraping of forms, spam sign-ups, attempts to break security, or unlawful use.
8. Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any injury arising from following general exercise content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
10. Law and disputes
Swedish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are handled by Swedish courts unless mandatory law gives you the right to use the courts of your own country.
