AI disclosure
Every character published by North Porch Media is a fictional AI character. They are not real people, and we never present them as real.
What is AI-generated
- Images and video of our characters are generated or edited with AI image and video tools.
- Voices are synthetic (AI text-to-speech). They are not cloned from any real person.
- Backstories (age, job, home, pets) are invented. Any resemblance to a real person is unintended.
- Scripts and captions are drafted with the help of AI language models and reviewed by a human at North Porch Media before publishing.
What is real
- The movement routines and tips are general, widely known, gentle exercises. They are not medical advice and are not tailored to you. Check with your doctor before starting anything new.
- Products we sell (such as printable workbooks) are real digital products, sold through Payhip.
- Product recommendations reflect our editorial judgement. Affiliate links are always labelled (see our affiliate disclosure).
- Comments and messages you send are read by a human at North Porch Media (and may be triaged with AI tools).
How we label it
- Every character bio says “AI character” and links back here.
- We switch on the AI-generated / altered content labels offered by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
- Our characters never claim professional credentials (doctor, physiotherapist, certified trainer) they don’t have, and never claim to be human.
This follows platform policies on synthetic media and the transparency obligations in Article 50 of the EU AI Act.
